Outdoor Entertainment
Aside from the super beach just a short walk from the chalet, there is also a fantastic outdoor play park with a range of swings, slides and climbing equipment. Surrounded by fencing, it is a great place to let the children play safely.
There is also a multi-use games area adjacent to the park if you want the children to burn off some energy with football / basketball etc.
Mini Golf is also available from Reception for a small surcharge.
This area is open to all visitors and does not require any additional entertainment passes.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The holiday park boasts a great swimming pool with splash area, large slide and large open pool area. Changing facilities are available along with the ability to purchase inflatables, goggles etc.
Booking is generally needed for the pool and would require the purchase of an entertainment pass which can be purchased from Reception and are a one off charge, valid for the duration of your stay.
Onsite Bar / Restaurant
If you fancy eating out, why not try the Boat House restaurant? It has a varied menu to suit most people, a great children’s menu and even better, the restaurant has a bar, pool tables and small softplay to keep the little ones entertained!
If the weather is great, the outdoor seating area provides beautiful views of the estuary too and easy access to the beach.
You can order from the bar or even more conveniently, there is an app available for you to order directly to your table. Search for the ParkDean app in your app store.
ShowBar
The entertainment complex boast a large Show Bar with entertainment for all the family.
There is entertainment for the children in the form of party dances, entertainment from the Starland Crew as well as other entertainment including quizzes and challenges from the park entertainment team.
It is not just for the children though, you can get involved too and there is plenty of entertainment for the grownups, from Bingo to live entertainment and music.
Entertainment passes will get you entry here too but in busy periods, we would recommend to come early to get a seat. There is also a bar in the Show Bar and table service available via the app here too.
Beautiful Beach
Let’s not forget to mention one of the most amazing parts of the site! The estuary is a very short (less than a minute) walk from the chalet and when the tide is out, you have a large expanse of sand and pebble beach for the children to run and play, dig and build. Look out for the rock pools for the children to look for little creatures too!
At low tide you can even visit the shipwreck the ‘SV Paul’ which ran aground in 1925!
When the tide is in, you have beautiful water to splash about in, go for a swim etc.
There is a slipway from the site if you have your own boat or jetski.
